The client-area templates are real and release-matched, and the seller is unusually straight: you need a billing licence of your own, and that vendor supports its own software. This theme provisions nothing and bills nothing. WooCommerce gives a shop, not a control panel, a key issuer, a knowledge base, a ticket desk or an availability page. A WHOIS search is announced in the opening line and never explained: no plugin named, no declared entry, no release line recording it, so confirm it on the demonstration.
