Zermatt – Agency WordPress Theme Overview
Zermatt is an agency theme from Select-Themes built around Elementor. Its character comes from the editorial devices it supplies rather than any underlying machinery: text and image marquees, an interactive link showcase, preloading effects and a set of unusual header behaviours.
The portfolio is the substantial part. Project lists render as masonry, gallery, slider or justified gallery and filter by category, and each project page can itself take a gallery, image, masonry or slider arrangement. Blog listings mirror those choices.
Slider Revolution is included in the download. WooCommerce and Contact Form 7 compatibility are declared, so a merchandise page or a structured enquiry form can be added, though neither is the point.

Who Zermatt – Agency WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
The theme aims at a studio with a visual argument to make: an architecture practice, a gallery or exhibition space, a cultural publication, a branding agency. It is genuinely useful on a site mixing a few large projects with regular writing, since portfolio and blog share one set of arrangements.
An owner whose material is mostly text, or who needs structured data such as a product catalogue or an events register, will find the design working against them. The showcase elements want large photography and short labels.
Important Notes About Zermatt – Agency WordPress Theme
The studio page elements ship empty. Awards lists, client logo rows and testimonial sliders carry placeholders only, and AppiAppi fills them with material the owner can stand behind; invented recognition and borrowed logos stay out. The vendor’s Zermatt Core and the Qode Framework plugin appear in the release notes rather than the current feature list, and compatibility with a separate Elementor addon pack is noted there too, so confirm their present role on the live demo.
The three published version figures agree at 1.7 from March 2026, which is reassuring. Less reassuring is the listing body, where seven characters are corrupted and render as replacement symbols in place of ordinary punctuation, a sign the text passed through a tool that mangled its encoding; judge the package by the demo, not the prose. Marquees, preloaders and scroll triggered reveals carry a real accessibility cost, and Ontario’s accessibility legislation with the federal act make WCAG 2.0 AA the usual benchmark. Demo imagery is not licensed for reuse, and AppiAppi is not in a position to advise on compliance.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
Once the theme is licensed, AppiAppi installs it with Elementor and the companion plugins, imports a demo as scaffolding, then rebuilds it around the customer’s projects, services and about material. Early decisions include which portfolio arrangement to standardize on, how much marquee and preloader motion to keep, and how the journal relates to the project archive.
We compress imagery to responsive sizes, write real headings and image descriptions so the work is findable rather than hidden behind script, and set the enquiry forms up with a retention arrangement the owner accepts. Continuing work includes updates, backups, AI-assisted SEO and content help, publishing new projects and journal posts, and handling enquiries, scaled to the plan subscribed to.
