The description still mentions Cufon fonts, which were removed in version 2.2, and the Twitter authentication options were removed in 6.0, so the tweets widget may not work. A regular ThemeForest licence covers one website, and demo images cannot be reused.
Reservation requests collect guests’ names and contact details, which the owner must protect. Menus need accurate prices and allergens without unsupported health claims, and a restaurant serving alcohol must follow provincial liquor licensing and advertising rules.
