North – One Page Parallax WordPress Theme Overview
North is a one-page parallax WordPress theme from Veented, adapted from the studio’s HTML template of the same name and on sale since 2014. The single scrolling page is the product: sections stack on one screen, each with its own background, and the menu moves the visitor between them rather than between pages.
Twelve demo versions are supplied, with light, dark and night presentations, a filterable portfolio grid, pricing tables and a working contact form. The front end uses a Bootstrap framework, and global settings live in a theme options panel with a customiser alongside.
Page assembly runs through a bundled page builder the vendor names Visual Composer, supplied with the Templatera and Ultimate VC Addons plugins; Revolution Slider and LayerSlider are included too.

Who North – One Page Parallax WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
A one-page structure suits a Canadian business whose offer fits one argument read top to bottom: a small studio or agency, a single-service consultancy, a product or event announcement, or a freelancer with a short portfolio. Everything a visitor needs sits on one scroll.
The same structure works against businesses that keep adding material. A firm with many service areas, a growing blog, several locations or a catalogue outgrows the format quickly, and search visibility is harder with the content on one address.
Important Notes About North – One Page Parallax WordPress Theme
This theme is old and its update rhythm shows it. The packaged stylesheet and newest log entry agree on version 4.10.5, dated November 2025, but the previous entry is from June 2021, effectively one release in four years. Declared compatibility stops at WordPress 6.7.x and WooCommerce 7.x.x, so a shop on current WooCommerce sits outside the declared range. Nothing calls the theme retired, but it must be tested on the intended WordPress and PHP versions. The 2021 entry claims WordPress 6 compatibility, a release that postdates the entry, so the log’s claims deserve caution.
Smaller discrepancies point the same way: the description gives two different Bootstrap versions a few lines apart, and Templatera and Ultimate VC Addons appear in the body but not the declared record. Bundled plugins carry their own licences. Since the theme offers pricing tables, one Canadian point applies directly: prices shown must be the full amount payable, as leaving mandatory fees until late in a purchase is prohibited. That duty is the owner’s, and AppiAppi does not give legal advice.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
The customer buys the licence and AppiAppi installs the theme on a staging copy, choosing the demo version nearest the agreed design and replacing its content: the hero section, the services blocks, the portfolio grid and its categories, an about section with team profiles, the pricing table filled with real all-in figures, and the contact form on a monitored mailbox.
Because everything loads at once, imagery is compressed and given responsive sizes, scripts kept lean and the parallax and scroll animations restrained so the page stays usable. AppiAppi then provides AI-assisted SEO and content support, including real headings and copy for each section, applies updates, answers enquiries and manages the site on the customer’s plan.
