Mendel | Furniture, Furnishing, Interior Design WordPress Theme Overview
Furniture is chosen with the eyes before the wallet, and this design is arranged accordingly: wide photography and staged room settings lead, with the catalogue sitting behind them.
AncoraThemes publishes it, and four other items in this category come from the same studio, so its option panel, framework and bundled plugin set recur across all of them. Pages are assembled in WPBakery Page Builder, where the header and footer arrangements are edited too.
Manufacturers, online retailers, design studios and repair or restoration workshops are the trades the vendor names, antique and vintage work included. Prepared pages cover products, services, specials and the team, and an importer installs the demonstration content in one pass.

Who Mendel | Furniture, Furnishing, Interior Design WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
A Canadian showroom putting its range online, a cabinetmaker or joinery workshop, an upholstery and antique restoration business, or a small interior-design practice showing completed rooms will each recognise the shape of this one.
WooCommerce is the only commerce engine the listing names, and a shop is what it is: it takes an order for a sofa, not a measured quotation, a design retainer or a delivery slot. No consultation calendar, estimate builder or room planner appears in the text. The declared record covers WooCommerce to 8.x.x beside WPBakery and Visual Composer, yet omits Essential Grid, Instagram Feed and Mailchimp, which the body claims.
Important Notes About Mendel | Furniture, Furnishing, Interior Design WordPress Theme
Upholstered goods sold in Canada carry labelling duties of their own, covering the filling material used and the flammability of the finished piece. Bulky items need terms a standard cart never supplies: who carries the piece upstairs, what building and elevator access the crew requires, who bears transit damage, and whether a return is accepted once a sofa has stood in a room. Where design services are sold beside the goods, set out what a consultation includes, disclose any markup taken on procured items, and present renderings as illustrations rather than promises. The owner answers for that; AppiAppi gives no legal advice.
The banner reads 1.1.15 and the published changelog agrees, its newest entry dated 03.07.2025, but the packaged style.css prints 1.1.10 with a description generic enough for any product from this studio, so judge it by the live demo. Declared support reaches WordPress 6.9.x while WooCommerce stops at 8.x.x, and the record marks it as not optimised for the block editor.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
You buy the licence on ThemeForest under your own account, which keeps AncoraThemes responsible for releases and for its support desk. AppiAppi installs on a staging site and exercises the builder and bundled plugins against current WordPress before anything goes public.
Your range then goes in as real catalogue records: dimensions, wood and fabric options held as variations, finish swatches, lead times and stock a shopper can read. Delivery zones, assembly charges, provincial tax and a plain returns policy for large items are configured, the newsletter box starts unticked, and French is added where your customers expect it. Your subscription plan covers catalogue changes, tested updates, replies to enquiries and orders, and AI-assisted help with search visibility and product copy.
