Masuda – Multipurpose Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme Overview
Masuda is a blog and magazine theme published under the MasudaThemes account, built on Bootstrap 5 and edited through the Customizer with WPBakery Page Builder supplied for page work.
Eight importable demos cover lifestyle, fashion, food, travel and business styling. Beneath them sit four navigation bars with an off-canvas panel, five featured area styles, six article listing styles, six archive styles and three single article styles.
Five theme widgets, promotional boxes and column settings up to four across complete a structure meant to be rearranged rather than rebuilt, with a library of around nine hundred web fonts behind the typography.

Lifestyle, food, travel and general interest publications wanting a visual magazine front page and the ability to switch presentation without rebuilding. Column control and the promotional boxes make it workable for a site funded by sponsorship.
Owners who need an actively supported product should read the caveats below first, because they decide whether this is viable at all.
Important Notes About Masuda – Multipurpose Blog & Magazine WordPress Theme
The vendor’s domain no longer resolves. The preview, the support site and the documentation route all fail at the name lookup stage, so there is no demo to judge the package by and no published support channel. The listing images survive only because they sit on an independent image service.
What can still be checked is the download itself: the packaged style.css, the declared compatibility record and the file list. That is the basis any decision has to rest on here.
Three commercial plugins are bundled: Slider Revolution, WPBakery Page Builder and Advanced Custom Fields PRO. A bundled copy carries no entitlement from its own author, so none of them receives updates from the people who maintain them, and the last release of this package was April 2022.
All four maintenance signals agree on that date, which makes the product consistently old rather than inconsistently documented. The vendor has published nothing withdrawing it, so it is not retired, but the combination of frozen bundled plugins and an unreachable vendor is a real risk to weigh.
The feature list claims block editor optimisation that the marketplace record does not record, the delivered file names an author different from the seller account, and savings figures in the listing images are sales material that is not repeated. Privacy and advertising disclosure duties remain with the owner, and AppiAppi gives no legal advice.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
AppiAppi assesses the package on a staging site before anything else, since no vendor demo or support route is reachable, and reports whether the bundled components are safe to run as supplied.
If the build proceeds, the demo closest to the customer’s publication is imported and rebuilt with real sections, navigation, featured areas and article styles, and the bundled plugins are replaced with independently licensed current releases wherever that is possible. AppiAppi then takes on updates, backups and monitoring directly.
