Incidental – Photography WordPress Overview
Incidental gives photographers a choice between a full-screen gallery and a more traditional column layout through the same drag-and-drop management tool, rather than committing the whole site to one format. Background sliders come with nine built-in overlay styles and individual toggles for thumbnails, captions, and arrows, and the bundled page builder handles broader content beyond the gallery itself.

Important Notes About Incidental – Photography WordPress
Incidental – Photography WordPress is a licensed third-party WordPress theme purchased from an independent ThemeForest vendor — it is not a product built, owned, or maintained by AppiAppi. The vendor is solely responsible for the theme’s own compatibility updates, bug fixes, and documentation over time; any support request specific to the theme’s own underlying code is handled through the vendor’s own support channels, not through AppiAppi. Licensing follows the vendor’s standard single-site terms, and continued access to the vendor’s future theme updates depends on that license remaining valid.
When you choose Incidental – Photography WordPress as your starting design, AppiAppi’s role is distinct from the vendor’s: we install the theme on your hosting, customize it with your own branding, content, and page structure, connect your domain, and configure the live site so it looks and functions like your business rather than a generic demo. From that point forward, AppiAppi remains your single point of contact for the site as a whole, described in more detail below.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
Getting started is simple: you choose Incidental – Photography WordPress as your starting design and confirm the subscription plan that fits your business, and AppiAppi takes care of the rest. Our team installs the theme, customizes its homepage layout and content structure around your own logo, colours, and business information, sets up your initial pages and navigation, and configures the live site so it reflects your brand from the very first visitor rather than arriving as a generic demo.
Once your site is live, AppiAppi’s AI-assisted service takes over the ongoing work behind it. That includes writing and publishing new articles or updating existing content on your behalf, applying on-page SEO improvements as your site grows and search rankings become more competitive, uploading new listings, products, or media when your business needs them added, and responding to routine visitor inquiries so nothing falls through the cracks. We also keep the theme, its plugins, and your WordPress installation itself current and secure, monitor the site for issues, and handle day-to-day requests as they come up.
All of this is matched to whichever AppiAppi subscription plan you’re on — the exact scope of ongoing content and management support scales with your plan, so you always know what to expect. The result is that you can focus on running your publication and growing your audience, while AppiAppi handles the technical side of keeping the website itself running smoothly.
