Edifice – Construction, Building & Engineering WordPress Theme Overview
Engineering sits in this title, and that one word changes what the finished site may claim. The package is a straightforward contractor presentation: three homepage arrangements, one boxed, plus shortcodes for services, projects, portfolio and team.
ThemeREX publishes it, sharing its framework, option panel and much of its plugin list with neighbours from the same studio, so those feature paragraphs describe the house rather than the product. Elementor composes every page, header and footer included.
Handyman firms, plumbing agencies, roofing bureaus and renovation companies are the businesses named, with WooCommerce integrated and a matching shop design for anyone selling materials beside the work.

Who Edifice – Construction, Building & Engineering WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
A renovation contractor, a roofing or plumbing company, a handyman service, and a building-materials retailer that also fits what it sells will find this workable.
The shop is the only engine, named in the body and carried in the declared record to WooCommerce 8.x.x. Contact and quote forms means forms: nothing measures a room, prices a supply-and-install line, schedules a site survey, issues a change order or tracks a project, so a quote request is an email with fields. The two compatibility lists disagree both ways: the body names Contact Form 7 and WPML, the declared record names WPForms and drops WPML.
Important Notes About Edifice – Construction, Building & Engineering WordPress Theme
That word in the title is restricted in Canada. Engineer and professional engineer are protected titles in every province: only a licensed member of the provincial association may use them or offer engineering services, and a firm needs its own permit to practise. Architect is protected on the same basis. A stamped drawing is a specific professional act with a named individual answerable for it, so no page may present design or structural work as engineering unless a licensed engineer performs it, and staff titles on a team page are where this goes wrong most often. Completed-work photography must show jobs the firm itself delivered. The company answers for those claims; AppiAppi gives no legal advice.
The opening paragraph tells the reader that with Wegener they might build a full store, leftover vendor text from another product. Banner and changelog agree at 1.16.0, newest entry dated 04.06.2026, while the packaged style.css reads 1.0.0 beneath the studio’s generic description.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
The licence is purchased on ThemeForest under your own company, leaving ThemeREX responsible for releases and support. AppiAppi installs to staging and exercises Elementor, the forms and the shop on a current WordPress.
Completed jobs become structured project records carrying scope, trade, location and duration, so a visitor filters rather than scrolls. Each service page states what is included and what is extra, while the request form asks for the address, the work and a site-visit window. Trade licence numbers, liability cover and workers’ compensation clearance go where a customer looks, materials you list carry part numbers and supplier warranty terms, shipping and provincial tax are configured, and French pages appear where your market reads them. Your subscription plan then covers page edits, verified releases, answering enquiries, and AI-assisted SEO and writing support.
