OpenTable reservations require a separate OpenTable account. The feature list names Twitter and Instagram feed widgets, but version 1.7 removed both feed plugins after API changes, so social feeds would need a different plugin. Demo images are not licensed for reuse. A regular ThemeForest licence covers one website.
Menus need accurate prices, ingredients and allergens, without unsupported health claims. Takeout or online ordering falls under provincial and municipal food-safety rules, with federal labelling for packaged items. If your drink menu includes alcohol, provincial liquor licensing, advertising and minimum-age rules apply. Gift cards follow provincial rules, and the owner is responsible for compliance in each case.
