Builo – Construction WordPress Theme Overview
Builo is an Elementor construction theme by backtheme, and the breadth of its finished demos distinguishes it: construction, building, factory, interior, renovation, carpenter, electrician, plumber, solar, solar energy video, renewable energy, wind energy and a locker design, plus one-page versions of the construction, solar and plumbing sites.
Page content comes from the theme’s own Elementor widgets, which cover services, team members, testimonials, portfolio grids, lists, sliders and AJAX filters with load-more paging, headings, contact details and a news block. An options panel handles colours and headers, and the demo content imports in one pass.
On whether it operates the business as well as advertising it: it does not. There is no availability calendar, no slot reservation, no job record, no dispatch view and no price calculation anywhere in the package. Enquiries arrive as form messages, and the galleries and service pages carry the selling.

Who Builo – Construction WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
General contractors, renovators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, solar installers and small industrial firms across Canada are each served by a specific demo here, which usually means less reworking than a generic corporate layout.
The structure rewards a company with photographs of completed work, because portfolio and project widgets dominate the widget set. A business wanting customers to book a visit or follow a job online needs separate software; this theme collects an enquiry and stops there.
Important Notes About Builo – Construction WordPress Theme
Renovation and building work normally requires municipal permits. Contractors are expected to carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation cover, administered by WSIB in Ontario and by WorkSafeBC in British Columbia. An agreement signed in the customer’s home is a direct agreement carrying a statutory cooling-off period, and Ontario prohibits unsolicited door-to-door selling of certain home comfort products. New-home builders and vendors are licensed through the HCRA with Tarion warranty obligations, electrical work needs ESA certification in Ontario, and any environmental claim on the solar and renewable demos has to be substantiated. The owner carries responsibility for all of this and AppiAppi gives no legal advice.
One paragraph of the listing predicts the theme will become a functional magazine site, which is text carried over from an unrelated product. The marketplace record names Underscores as the framework while the body credits Redux. WooCommerce appears only in an April 2024 changelog line and the declared compatibility list, never in the feature set, and right-to-left support is likewise changelog-only, so both belong on a demo checklist, not a specification. The three version legs do agree at 1.0.3, and the documentation route works.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
Once the customer owns the licence, AppiAppi installs Builo, imports whichever of the sixteen demos matches the trade, and rebuilds it with the company’s own services, completed projects, certifications, service areas and contact details. Quote-request forms are connected to a monitored inbox with a privacy policy and retention period in place.
After launch AppiAppi maintains the WordPress core, the theme and its Elementor widgets, adds new project galleries as jobs complete, and answers quote requests arriving through the site. AI-assisted SEO and content support runs at the level the customer’s plan covers, with pricing shown all-in wherever figures are published at all.
