Settle compatibility before anything else. The declared record stops at WordPress 4.8.x and WooCommerce 3.0.x, the browser list still includes very old versions of Internet Explorer, and the last marketplace release was in December 2020. The vendor does not say the theme is retired or unsupported, but nothing in the record declares it fit for a current WordPress or WooCommerce, and that has to be tested on a staging site first.
The version trail is also incomplete: the style.css in the download reads 1.7 while the newest published update entry is 1.5, and none of the entries carry dates. A banner claims readiness for a WordPress release below the theme’s own declared ceiling, the demo links in the body point at a different host from the declared demo address, and the bundled slider appears only in the update history.
