Because it is multipurpose, the demo chosen at the start decides the structure far more than the theme name does, so picking it is the first real decision.
It is a marketing site and nothing more. No client manager, invoicing, project tracking or client login ships with it. Bootstrap forms are included while Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms are supported but supplied separately, so the form plugin is a build decision.
