Adama – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Overview
Adama is a multipurpose theme by GalacticaThemes for a broad range of sites including online stores. It is a restrained design rather than a demo library: the vendor advertises a one click demo install but never says how many demos the download holds, so the starting layouts must be counted on the demo.
The structural work is in the layout controls. Seven post types ship with the theme, including a portfolio that takes custom attributes and supports category filtering, alongside three blog layouts, multiple header variations, a mega menu, parallax sections and both full width and boxed layouts.
A slider and a lightbox plugin are bundled, WooCommerce shop pages are included and WPML is declared. The declared ceilings are the thing to register first: WordPress 5.5.x and WooCommerce 4.4.x, with IE9 still listed among supported browsers.

Who Adama – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme Is Suitable For
At its price this is a sensible pick for a small Canadian business wanting a clean portfolio and service site: a trades company, a design studio, a small consultancy, or a shop with a short product list. The portfolio attributes suit projects presented by type or location.
It should not be chosen for a build expected to run for years untended. A site on current WordPress and WooCommerce runs well ahead of what this theme declares, and that gap must be tested rather than assumed away.
Important Notes About Adama – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme
The maintenance position comes first. The newest entry the vendor publishes is 1.7.1, dated 22 August 2020, matching the packaged theme file; the three way check agrees, and what it agrees on is that nothing has been published since. That entry announced a minimum PHP and WordPress increase for a release that never appeared, and the declared ceilings stop at WordPress 5.5.x and WooCommerce 4.4.x. The vendor does not call the theme discontinued, so this is staleness rather than withdrawal, but a compatibility review belongs at the start of any build.
Two companion plugins, a core plugin and an importer, appear only in the update log; the core plugin supplies the shortcodes and post types, so deactivating it empties the pages built from them. The log also records updates moving to the marketplace updater plugin. Yoast SEO and Contact Form 7 are claimed in the body but absent from the declared record, while Bootstrap 3.x appears in the record and never in the body. The packaged description is a generic line naming no product, and demo images are excluded. Canadian owners should treat any demo metric as placeholder content to be substantiated, and set forms and newsletter consent to meet PIPEDA, Quebec privacy law and the anti spam rules. AppiAppi gives no legal advice.
Setup & Ongoing Management by AppiAppi
Before anything is promised, AppiAppi tests the licensed theme against current WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP on staging and reports what needs attention. The build then proceeds normally: branding applied, the portfolio populated, service pages written, shop pages configured, and forms tested.
Ongoing management covers core and plugin updates, watching for breakage given the theme’s age, and AI assisted SEO and content support at the subscription level.
